Youngs Bay Remodeling Co. is seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our growing team working in residential remodeling. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and takes pride in their work. Candidates must demonstrate a strong work ethic, dedication to maintaining a safe work environment, and can follow detailed instructions quickly and efficiently.
Job Duties:
- Organize daily workflow with minimal supervision to ensure deadlines and budgets are met
- Lead team and ensure work is done in the most efficient and cost-effective manner
- Perform all hands on, physical construction work in the field necessary to complete the project.
- Carry out multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Operate all labor tools with proficiency.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe and clean jobsite.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years Experience
- Supervisory skills
- Requires Valid ID and your own vehicle.
- Basic hand tools.
- Self-driven and resourceful with ability to solve problems.
- Professional demeanor.
